Senior Process Improvement Spec

Major Responsibilities *Define with functional manager the tactics, goals, objectives, KPIs, following the Operational Excellence Manager and Global Process Owner objectives and initiatives.
*The position leads the definition and approving regional business requirements, governing finance master data, and partnering with Finance management to develop/maintain finance policies.
*This position delivers improvements in End:to:End process efficiency and effectiveness and provides continuous improvement and project management expertise to functions to deliver tangible benefits to CR SSC.
The position reports directly to Operational Excellence Manager and will also work in coordination with the GPO:Finance Processes to lead the development and maintenance of a long:range technology roadmap for global Finance.

Qualifications:

PMI, Scrum/Agile certifications

System Engineer or Industrial Engineer
