Job description Sourcing SpecialistSenior Process Lead San Jose Costa RicaIn the role of Senior Process Lead, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company. In this role you will be responsible for client and team interactions, transition activities, floor operations, quality and process compliance, knowledge management, internal/external audits and process compliance. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:the IT procurement expert for specified clusters within the IT spend responsibility (Software, Hardware, IT services and Telecoms).The candidate will identify opportunities and ensure service delivery to client business and client business stakeholders in conformance to IT MBS Procurement processes and contracted commitments.Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills are required.Develop and align own work plan, objectives, priorities, and processes within the context of the overall IT supply management and stakeholder community priorities and strategies.Develop appropriate sourcing strategies for the cluster spends within the area of responsibility.Execute the sourcing strategy, including tendering, analysis, selection of and negotiation with suppliers, crafting and placing legal agreements/contracts and confidentiality agreements, and ensuring that all are conducted according to customer code of business ethics and corporate social responsibility requirements.QualificationsBasicBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 6 years of working experience in related areas to the job descriptionPreferredStrong commercial negotiation and contracting skillsKnowledge about IT markets – suppliers' market, Services cost models.Excellent working knowledge and application of professional Sourcing Methodologies and processes.Strong Project Management Skills with the ability to manage Procurement Projects with the minimal supervisionTrack record of building stakeholder relationships across diverse Stakeholder groups and geographic locationsStrong analytical and numeracy skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeProficiency in English, Portuguese (mandatory for both) and preferably also in Spanish (preferred).
