We would love to hear from you if you are ready to join a high-performing organization and be part of an inspiring culture built on trust, respect, collaboration, and creativity!**Sr. Product Designer - What You'll Do**:The Sr. Product Designer reports into the Chief Product Officer and will be expected to meet with clients regularly to conduct research and test design iterations, as well as drive various design initiatives related to the user experience and Artificial Intelligence technologies. Responsibilities include:- Host research studies with clients to validate designs and test roadmap assumptions- Drive AI design strategy with executive leadership to increase product adoption and retention- Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders teams to define requirements and follow-through to final execution- Familiarity with the Agile Methodology and the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) frameworks- Participate in the entire design process, from initial concept and wireframes to prototyping, and final production UI design- Translate insights from data, qualitative & quantitative research, and client feedback, develop hypotheses, sketch and prototype solutions, and test ideas- Create artifacts (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, user stories, functional requirements, etc...) to communicate ideas, concepts, features and flows- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess constraints, de-risk solutions, and provide support during implementation- Facilitate and participate in product review and product workshops with users and account stakeholders- Advocate for the customer experience and be able to articulate the reasoning for design decisions; while also being flexible and able to iterate on ideas based on feedback from stakeholders- Evangelize best UX and UI practices to other designers, engineers, and product managers- Be a fun, energetic and supportive member of this team**The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required**:- 6+ years experience designing and building products across mobile and desktop experiences- Expert working knowledge of Figma and Miro- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams- A top-notch design portfolio demonstrating process, outcomes, and impact; showcasing real product UI, UX, and interaction design work, particularly in shipped, successful products- Demonstrated ability to define strong hypotheses and and incorporate data in the design process- Self organized with a high degree of initiative and ownership for your work- Customer centric mindset with a passion for identifying and solving customer problems- Experience and excitement working in an agile, fast-paced environment- Passion for working in environments where navigating ambiguity is the norm- Has a passion for being a great team player and a positive influence on your teammates**Why OfficeSpace?**- Competitive compensation packages, including Group RRSP (Canada) / 401k (US), health benefit options, and generous leave policies.- Hybrid work policy, allowing you to work remotely or in our Escazu, Costa Rica, or Victoria, Canada offices dependent upon role.- At OfficeSpace, we trust our employees to take ownership of their work and allow teams to work their way while driving performance via flexible hours, remote options, and asynchronous collaboration.- We celebrate and honor the cultures, traditions, and incredible diversity of our global teams across nations.- We support team members practicing self-care, provide PTO, personal days and sick days- encouraging rest, restoration, and pacing!- We create opportunities for teams to connect in-person and virtually, with employee resource groups like Women in Tech, Book Club, Spanglish Club, office-wide volunteer days, and more.- We value transparency and keep teams informed and in the loop on key company updates through our weekly newsletter and monthly All Hands meetings.- We provide unlimited access and time on the clock fo
