The role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will support the definition and strategy of Creative Cloud products, services for SMBs. Be responsible for identifying and prioritizing new TAM opportunities, the target SMB customer segments and subsegments, and defining the strategies to reach these segments most effectively to deliver against business goals. In particular, you’ll be looking into new offerings and go-to-market strategies to drive Creative Cloud adoption within non-creative professionals, such as business communicators. This is an exciting opportunity to identify cross-sell opportunities, explore growth strategies with both prospects and existing SMB customers. You will plan, execute and coordinate across internal teams to bring new offerings to market. As a member of the broader team, you will also collaborate with the GTM team to translate strategy into pipeline by guiding campaigns and tactics.

We are looking for a self-starter, hardworking and passionate driver with outstanding product marketing skills to influence, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver results!

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with business strategy, analytics and other cross-functional teams to develop the Market Opportunity plan, combining business goals, user insights, target segments and other data into a strategy plan.
- Build empathy and intimacy with SMB through market research, insights, and relationships with the customer base.
- Understand and document target customer journeys, including their use cases, how they begin to research solutions, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.
- Understand the competitive landscape—be a specialist on our competition and how they are positioned
- Collaborate with product management and marketing campaign teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target personas.
- Rally partner teams behind the strategy, crisply and clearly communicating the strategy to internal teams so that they can build plans toward reaching the strategy.
- Represent SMB customers to internal teams, and champion delivering a fabulous customer experience
- Support product releases and own the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan Requirements:

- Ability to build a strategy and drive the creation of a roadmap of projects based on analysis of data, segmentation research and competitive analysis
- Demonstrated history of building conviction and a strong point of view, built on a deep understanding of audiences, markets, products and competitive landscapes. Ability to distill sophisticated issues down to a simple story and communicate to executive audiences, technical partners, and marketing partners.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with key teams including Product Management, Analytics, Business Strategy, Campaign, and GTM.
- Proven understanding of services as a product and e-commerce solutions
- Highly organized and able to respond to continuous requests from cross-functional and remote team
- Strong project and time management skills.
- MBA Preferred
- 8+ years of product marketing or business strategy experience on a successful offering, ideally with focus on creative or collaborative tools for small and mid-market businesses
