Job DescriptionExperian's Financial Service and Data business is seeking a Senior Product Operations specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be supporting Product management by partnering with a cross-functional leadership team to oversee a portfolio of projects and drive process efficiencies to meet the operational objectives for the Financial Services and Data product teams.Responsibilities:Partner closely with Product Management team and cross-functional leaders in Finance, Engineering, Sales, Sales Operations, Legal and Compliance to successfully deliver objectives of the product team.Lead and manage the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency across product organization.Lead operational activities in close collaboration with Product Management leaders.Help facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across the product domain by designing and facilitating an operating rhythm of meetings and reporting.Conduct portfolio management activities across a variety of cross-functional projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of applicable Operations-focused program management-product operations experience in a Product organizationExperience with a variety of product management-product development processes, and methodologies and tools.Experience setting up new cross-functional and product related processes.Demonstrated ability to build project plans for complex-cross functional projects.Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate your concepts and plans.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow through.Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with a wide range of partners.Self-starter with an ability to prioritize-manage competing priorities.High energy with entrepreneurial spiritAdditional InformationThis is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.No relocation available.Our benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work, Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.
