**Show the world what you can do.**We're looking for an inspired, motivated, and experienced Senior Production Designer. The Senior Production Designer independently creates production design solutions like image assets, display, and social media banner resizes, digital. Print layout refreshments and templates compose vendor-ready files and advanced mechanicals for printed pieces. Also, they provide supervision and oversight during the process and ensures that these solutions meet business requirements and goals. Reporting to the Production Design Lead, the Senior Production Designer must work with and sometimes provide oversight to a team of production specialists.**In this role, you will**:- Composes advanced mechanicals for 4+ colors ads, brochures, collateral materials, etc.- Composes vendor ready files for digital/interactive projects (web, mobile, PDF)- Prepare all digital files for submission to print vendors (pre-press) in conjunction with Production Department.- Manipulate photographs for essential comp work such as scanning, silhouetting, and light re-touching.- Create logos, chart work, and line art.- Work closely with development Seniors and Leads to ensure that design specifications are implemented.- Help the Production Design Lead to provide reliable quality assurance on production design deliverables.- Collaborate in the success of a production scope, partnering with Producers and Leads to make sure deadlines are met on schedule and budget. Anticipates issues and flags situations that might impact quality or delivery success.- Collaborate with other disciplines Seniors to improve workflows and frameworks to ensure project success with client and user satisfaction.- Mentor and coach team members through project development and performance management.- Participate in building and maintaining a rapport with clients, creative partners on the client-side, other partners agencies, and vendors.- Contribute to the innovative development of the XD department.- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, systems, tools, technologies, and platforms, while fostering excellence, learning, and a collaborative environment among team members.**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,****You should have**:- Advanced English knowledge (B2 reading, writing, some conversational).- 4+ yrs. Experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, magazines, newspapers, design agencies, and startups.- Extensive experience in all aspects of print mechanicals and file preparation for vendors.- Experience supervising and participating in production design for print, visual communication, and digital design, preferably for international clients and global brands- Experience creating assets for digital/print products.- Experience building dielines for print.- Understanding of marketing and advertising concepts.- Understanding of design principles, trends, systems and structures.- Knowledge of productivity tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote, Teams)- Experience with campaign development and digital products execution.- Experience designing and implementing production design processes and standards with a strategic approach.- Solid understanding of digital marketing, online advertising, and business strategy concepts.- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, **InDesign**).- 3D Software knowledge.- Knowledge in Blender, Rhino.- Experience working with Point of sale materials (displays).**It's a plus if you have**:- Any certification, course, or training in visual design, design systems, marketing campaigns, business, design thinking, UX, UI.- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design Advertising Design or related field or equivalent experience in advertising and digital agencies or startups.- Basic knowledge of UI design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma)- Experience with product photo-retouching- Familiar with workflow management tools (Jira, Basecamp, Trello)**Competencies to be successful in this role**:- Attention to detail- Nimble learning- Manages complexity- Drives results- Communicates effectively
