This group is divided into two divisions; the Direct-to-Consumer team provides these solutions directly to consumers while the Partner Solutions team empowers companies to provide these solutions to their consumers.**Job Description**:**Experian Partner Solutions **helps 300+ businesses protect their 60M+ customers by building enterprise-level (1) identity, (2) credit, and (3) data breach cybersecurity SaaS products in a white-label (B2B2C) branded format. Experian Partner Solutions and its 'sister' business unit, Direct-to-Consumer, form Experian Consumer Services, a $900M business segment inside the $5B global information services company commonly known as Experian.Experian's **Product Portfolio Operations team** is seeking a talented Project Manager. This role will work closely with departments across the business to help prepare new products for go-to-market readiness. The Project Manager will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Client Services, Finance, and others to ensure market readiness and a smooth transition from inception to general availability.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Own the product readiness lifecycle and effectively communicate project expectations to department stakeholders, peers, and leadership- Define, document, and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables for lifecycle of project.- Manage multiple projects using our project management software.- Coordinate project readiness exercises and delivery with multiple teams, including Client Services, Product, Sales Operations, Product Market, Account Development, and others.- Actively manage quality of deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure that the project objectives are achieved on time/on budget.- Constantly communicate with stakeholders to identify blockers and communicate updates.- Set and manage project expectations.- Ensure project documents are complete, detailed, current, and stored appropriately.- Contribute to team success by continually striving for improvements in process, documentation, and knowledge transfer.**Qualifications**:**What your Background Looks Like**- 3 - 5 years Project or Program Management experience in either a client-facing role or an internal PMO.- Demonstrated ability to connect with cross-functional teams within an organization.- Ability to think strategically and work independently, taking initiative on identifying challenges and proposing solutions.- Strong sense of technology platforms between client and internal development teams.- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.- Must be able to execute all tasks with exceptional attention to detail.- Must have ability and desire to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and be able to handle several projects and tasks simultaneously.- Demonstrable ability to optimize, document, and implement process changes and improvements.- Bachelor's degree preferred- Jira and Confluence experience preferredAdditional Information**Perks**- Our benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and moreAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow togetherFind out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here- Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
