Senior React Developer

**Location: San José, Costa Rica**:**Job Summary**:Our client is looking for an individual to join their growing software engineering team. An individual with strong knowledge of best practices and implementing those to provide technical development will fit well with this team.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Ensure the confidentiality of all calls and documents.- Work with the CIO and their peer developer(s), to ensure product delivery and best practices.- Strong development in ReactJS as a primary programming language.- Be available to provide high-level response insight into customer issues and customer integration strategies to Sales Engineering and other direct customer facing team members.- Adhere to quantitative benchmarks to assess individual contribution.- Develop code, contribute to refactoring activities, provide guidance on efficiency.- Comply with coding standards and compliance.- This position will require strong teamwork.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in area of specialty or related experience- English professional level proficiency- Intellectually curious with strong leadership, communication, active listening and problem-solving skills- 3 to 5+ years of including ReactJS experience building Website solutions- Good exposure to SQL preferred- Good exposure to PHP a plus- Full-Stack (front-end ReactJS necessary) is a plus
