- You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software on a business process management (BPM) platform built by IBM (BAW)
- You will manage individual project priorities, deadlines and work you're doing

- You have experience in overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Depending on level, you may work with product owners, UX and other business partners to define work for the team
- You enjoy mentoring other engineers, having a voice in defining our challenging technical culture, and helping to build a fast-growing team (depending on level) Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in software/solution development lifecycle activities
- 3+ years of the following: IBM BAW/BPM (up to and including v.19.0.0.3), Web designer, Client side coaches, BPD’s and Integrations or similar BPM technology.
- 3+ years of the following: Database Design, SQL, JavaScript, Angular, Html, Web services and rest Extra Points for any of the Following
- University Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, technical certifications, ISEB or similar
- Experience with Database Design, SQL, Javascript, Angular, Html, Web services and rest
- Experience with Camunda BPM
- UI development (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular4/5 and Bootstrap)
- Source code control management systems (e.g. SVN/Git, Subversion) and build tools like Maven Success Attributes of an Equifax employee; does this describe you?
