Act as key contributor/support-player to higher level managers in Sourcing team.Essential duties include:- Preparation and review for SICR/SCR Management- Manage and update the supply challenge tracker- Develop, manage data and provide reports for PPV Projections- PPV results presentation to franchise leadership- Update key stakeholders including finance and operations on mid-month risk assessments (MMRA)- Prepare presentation material for executive reviews at Supply forums- Monthly reconciliations for multiple systems- Analysis and reporting on Sonic and spend cube- Support P-cycle detailed updates, cost walk presentations, and maintain detailed spreadsheets- Data support for product transfer reviews and reconciliations- Analysis and support for NPD Budget reconciliation and reporting- Provide support for Pre-COGS and COGS roll file reconciliations- Support ROHs & REACH - follow-up as needed- Partner with Purchasing teams to review and reconcile supplier database on lead times, item costs and payment terms- Provide analytical leadership for Global projects (DSO, DPO) support- Build relationship with A/P to ensure payment terms adjustment / exception process are up to date streamlining procure-to-pay processes- NDA Management, Review of expiring contracts, ascertain gaps and risks- Review and recommend ASL development to support future technical and analytical needs- Support with data for global ERP projects including accelerate, Ivalua, Coupa, PACE, Beyond, CLM- Supplier master data support, SUMA (Windchill) supplier additions, master data changes, SACF/SRF initiation, workflow administration**What you need**:**Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field or equivalent years of work experience**Preferred Qualifications**- 3+ years in Supply Management or Sourcing with focus on supplier development Certifications, if required- Demonstrated knowledge of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to suppliers, team members, team leaders, and top management- Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple functions and levels both internally and externally- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies & cost reduction methodologies- Knowledge of supplier metrics & measurement methodologies and supporting systems.- Demonstrated judgment with the ability to make and communicate timely and sound decisions- PC literate including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Basic knowledge of Project Management tools**Know someone at Stryker?**:**About Stryker**:Stryker is one of the world's leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
