Senior Supply Chain Planner

**EDUCATION**- Requires Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, supply chain or related field.- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is required.- English: B2+ or C1**EXPERIENCE**- 5-8 years of experience as a Planner/Buyer, with proven experience in demand planning, purchasing (local and international), forecast process and inventory management.- Expertise in ERP-MRP II systems (Sage X3, SAP, or comparable software).- Experience in SO&P or SIOP monthly cycle process.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, sales forecasts, and production capacity.- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely availability of resources, materials, and equipment.- Analyze production capacity and identify constraints or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.- Work with production and operations teams to optimize capacity utilization and improve overall efficiency.- Demonstrate proficiency in consistently providing products and services that fulfill customer requirements.**ADDITIONAL SKILLS**- Reasoning: Ability to follow detailed procedures with several potential variables. Problem solving ability and interpretation of events required for practical matters.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization as well with external vendors.- Read/interpret with precision MRP suggestion reports.- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience.- Experience in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment.Vc8Dc93FIa
