Specific Job Responsibilities
Create and assist in quality engineering strategy, test planning and test data management.
Requirement Gathering understands software requirements and get clarifications
Understands and follow the master test plan and/ or the project plan
Create test cases based on the requirements, test scenarios and other design documents
Create test data required for testing and configures the required testbeds.
Create manual and automation test script and execution.
Manual and Automated Test Execution and Validation
Test Result documentation and defect management.
Test Management and test Strategy including Functional testing, non:functional testing, and production monitoring
Guide and advise testers and work as SME for the testing team
Status Reporting
Troubleshoot and support system and application problems
Required Skills and Experience
Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
Graduate Degree preferred, BS in Computer Science (or related field)
7+ experience IT Experience with 5+ in Test Automation, Test Management, and strategy
Exposure to infrastructure testing
Exposure to testing on Citrix or VMware
Exposure to Production Support testing experience where the application has been tested for different kinds of changes in production like Application Changes, Infrastructure change Security Changes etc.
Experience in any of the test automation tools ex. TOSCA, Selenium, MTM, QTP, UFT, etc.
Experience in test monitoring Tools Dynatrace
Understanding of both functional and non:functional testing
2+ Experience in Java programming
2+ Experience in VB Scripting / C
Experience in Web Services (SOAP/REST) Automation testing using tools like Postman, SOAPUI, and Rest Assured, etc.
Nice to have
Experience in Health Care Payer Domain
Experience in robotic process automation and business process automation.
Knowledge of Healthcare payer business claims processing and benefit configuration.
