Site Accountant

If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.**The Site Accountant is a results-oriented professional with validated experience working with part of the accounting cycle and compliance report for local and corporate purposes.**What you'll do**- Perform Accounts Payable process and general accounting functions such as prepare journal entries of accruals, prepaid, reclass & accounts reconciliation- Prepare reporting related to AP process (Invoices on hold, PO compliance, Duplicated items, etc) and fiscal electronic invoices compliance- Follow up with internal customer of AP and vendors to be in compliance with internal control of AP and Accounting Process.- Assist with monthly close financial records, results reporting and day-to-day department responsibilities**What experience you need**- 2-3 years student of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting- 2-3 years of experience with the AP, GL, & T&E process- 2-3 years excel experience or Google sheets- B2 English skills**What could set you apart**- Experience preparing tax and PROCOMER forms- Familiar with Oracle ERP and Concur- You focus on details and have excellent analytical skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects- You are flexible and change your priorities and effectively balance quality and speed to deliver expected results- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of internal management and external vendors to complete assignments- Detailed oriented, Problem Solving Skills, Motivated and Self-DrivenWe offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, on-site doctor, paramedics service 24/7, life insurance, gym facilities, collaborative workspaces, free transportation and parking, subsidized cafeteria, solidarity association, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.Equifax is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
