The CD QA Manager is responsible for leading, training and mentoring the technology QA team. Serve as a point of contact for the design, PM and Dev teams. Provide support, assistance and consulting related to quality and process optimization. Overseer quality control throughout the software development process by building and testing QA and QC activities across the projects lifecycle.1. Estimate project's time and team effort. 2. Recruit, select, orient and train the team resources necessary to complete the QA and QC tasks. 3. Lead the QA team operations by scheduling and assigning team resources to projects. 4. Analyze, implement and execute Functional and Non Functional QA strategies to the technology projects, both new and in maintenance. 5. Develop and implement a Creative QA strategy for the designing phase of the project life cycle. 6. Set up, maintain, update and track the team's KPIs. 7. Provide QA expertise to the ideation process in new projects. 8. Analyze quality risks and provide contingency plans for new projects. 9. Design, evaluate and continuously improve QA processes, documentation and testing methods and strategies. 10. Research, study and implement new testing tools. 11. Provide QA technical expertise and support to teams outside the Tech department. 12. Negotiate with clients and manage quality expectations prior to delivery. 13. Constantly suggest, plan and execute improvements according to the Tech team's necessities. 14. Provide hands on testing support if needed.Tech Requirements:? 5 years of experience in software QA. ? 3 years experience in leading roles. ? Advanced understanding of software architecture, functionalities and development principles. (Coding experience preferred.) ? Java, C# automation experience (Preferred but not required) ? Ability to structure and execute complex QA projects end to end using multiple testing types. ? Proven QA project management skills.Soft skills: ? Clear and effective communication skills ?
