Then, it's time to join Western Union as a Communications Specialist.**Western Union powers your pursuit.****Role Responsibilities**- Provide senior content strategy support for internal communications plans.- Content developer for diverse internal communication channels such as preparing executive presentations, organizational announcements, annual reports, brochures, news releases, and others.- Assign, review, and approve work of content producers and coordinators.- Develop and deploy strategic stakeholder communications plans as needed for the department.- Develop, maintain, and oversee online content through a variety of multimedia platforms.- Shift assignments based on the needs of the department and seniority.- Produce status reports and keep track of schedules to ensure deadlines are met.- Advisor to management and employees in terms of communication skills and best practices- Assist in the planning and execution of communicational events, meetings, All-Hands, Town Halls and Office Hours.- Responsible for the governance of the team's communication requests.- Creation and management of the organization's intranet sites.**Role Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.- Advanced English Skills.- Strict attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration.- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.- Proficiency in video editing software.- 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing communication campaigns.**Preferred Requirements**- Internal communications experience at a Corporate Environment.- Experience with Jira.**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
