What and acute;s special about us:

uOur group is part of the North America Procurement to Payment Organization (NA P2P) and our contribution is key for the entire group since we support external and internal customers with several questions and requests related to payments which can be received by email or phone calls.
uOur main objective is to provide all kind of help that guarantee that payments are done accurate and timely. In order to meet this, it is necessary to investigate, work along with another teams, make recommendations, follow up until the issue is solved and finally provide a solution to the customers.
uWe also have another tasks supporting Corporate Accounting with statements and receipt not vouchered account troubleshooting. Besides, we support confidential payments process and keep track of daily and monthly metrics for the team.

How you would contribute to the role:

This position of Sr Accounting Associate is focused on the execution of daily payment runs to assure the proper payment of Amways debts to suppliers, employees, third parties, government, utilities etc. The person on this position should also provide customer service to internal and occasionally, external stakeholders about payment inquires or questions. We work very closely with the other groups within D2D since our daily work require the interaction and input of different team : bank accounts updates, application of credits, corrections on invoices etc.

In this role the person would also provide information and inputs for internal audits, ICQ, CSA and tax reports. 1099 US taxes forms are also prepared by Disbursement team every year.

Time management is critical in this position since we have to meet Bank cutoffs according to the different markets.
