What We'll Bring:As the Responsible Sourcing Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting day to day functions of the Responsible Sourcing program. This includes fulfilling any supplier diversity requests in support of sourcing opportunities to search and vet small and diverse suppliers, analyzing spend data, maintaining diversity council relationships, and managing the new Tier 2 program to ensure we meet or exceed our annual goals. You will be responsible for sustainable sourcing, supplier engagement on Scope 3 reporting, and ensuring compliance with sustainability initiatives. Your role will contribute to our commitment to ethical and environmentally responsible supply chain management. This is a newly implemented program for the company.
