Sr. Associate, Pay Svc

Join Amazon’s HR team and help make a difference for all Amazonians! We are recruiting for a Pay Services Associate. This position is based out of SJ10 and specializes in separations and pay as part of the employee life-cycle. The work focuses on answering questions and processing transactions in HR systems from various contacts, including HR, Payroll, Managers and Employees. As a member of the team, you are also responsible for providing training and communication to HR partners and Amazon employees to build consistency and encourage self-service. Become a part of our HRS team and work one-on-one with employees while maintaining successful partnerships with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Stock, Payroll, and Operations to provide a world-class employee experience. Use your strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to bring about continuous improvement on a daily basis. Put your exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing HR environment.

• 6+ months of HR experience or related studies plus 2+ years of customer service experience.
• MS Office experience.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll and employee issues.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience, humor and helpfulness at all times – front line contact for employee issues.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential.
