We are seeking a dynamic professional who can contribute to sustaining and enhancing the processes and systems that ensure the right people receive the right training at the right time. You're Responsibilities include: Global Initiatives: Participate in global Quality Systems projects and assemble cross-functional teams to enhance and create learning processes and systems. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with business representatives to drive training assignment decisions and actions, fostering strategic partnerships. Acquisition Integration: Provide training expertise for onboarding acquisition teams into the BSC Quality System, aligning training strategies with process integration, and training acquisition supervisors on BSC assignment processes. Pilot Process Management: Participate in pilot processes and testing for new learning solutions. Compliance and Audit Support: Clearly communicate training process knowledge, interpret training records, and support internal and external audits. CAPA Leadership: Contribute as a key team member on CAPA projects, addressing non-conformities and audit findings. Learning Management System (LMS): Act as the primary point of contact for LMS administrators, providing training and guidance. Data Analysis and Problem-Solving: Perform data analysis and apply problem-solving methodologies to resolve complex learning process and system issues with broad Quality System impact. Minimum Qualifications: 7-9 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Demonstrate success participating in projects with global impact. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills. Team player, strong communicator, and collaborator. Preferred Qualifications: Training or Development Certification (such as ATD CPTD). Higher education level qualification in Quality. Proficiency supporting validated Learning Management Systems. Familiarity with medical device Quality System regulations and standards. Multilingual.
