As a key player in our product development process, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your role will involve defining and prioritizing features, creating user stories, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.**Key Responsibilities**- Lead the product backlog refinement process, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized based on business value.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.- Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment, providing guidance and clarifications on user stories during sprints.- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to the development team.- Conduct regular sprint reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve the development process.- Foster a collaborative environment, balancing the needs of stakeholders with the capabilities of the development team.- Identify opportunities for process improvements, driving for continuous improvement-better outcomes with the software development team and stakeholders.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certification in Agile or Product Management is a plus.- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development environment.- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.- Knowledge of DevOps practices; Understanding of automation, continuous integration-continuous deployment (CI-CD) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).- Understanding of infrastructure technologies: familiarity with networking, cloud services, virtualization, storage, and server technologies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality products.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with product analytics and data-driven decision-making.**Additional Information****_This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.
