Sr. Project Manager

PROJECT COORDINATOR Major Responsibilities -Leads cross functional programs and projects and serves as a liaison between key stakeholders including functional units (e.g. supply chain, marketing, R and D, Human Resources and other finance teams) and affiliates.
-Serves as the key point of contact for all aspects of the program or project; ensures smooth execution and delivery.
-Develops, manages and reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares communication reports.
-Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet cost, quality, timing and delivery objectives.
-Develops appropriate tools to monitor project progress and communicate appropriately to key stakeholders.
-Representative projects may include new services development and services launches.
-Project support activity may include development, management and maintenance of the operational documents and data requirements for the project portfolio management system.

Must have:

-Background with NA Payroll Systems and HR Systems
-Strong analytical skills
-Attention to details, willing to explore the reasons behind the cause
-Time management skills
-Proactive, self:driven and oriented to objectives
-Past experience in process migrations is a must
-Involvement with IT projects and ERP's is a must

Qualifications: Requires:

Advance English language proficiency

Project Management certification

Able to work in a multicultural and multi:time zone projects
