Position Overview
Our Sr. Recruiter/Sourcer (Headhunter) will be supporting our recruiting operation in one of the most important business units of the company. This person will need to make the best use of his skills to analyze, search and develop sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber professionals and bring them to our team.

Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Deep knowledge in any digital offering area like Enterprise cloud apps (ECA), Bionics / Analytics, MS Azure, DevOps, Mobility, Security, Consulting Services and any deep IT industry experience is a plus.
- Exceptional sourcing skills, self-motivated, articulate and sense of urgency.
- Social media savvy, strong negotiation skills and critical thinking .
- Familiar with ATS. Workday experience definitely a plus.
