Job Overview: Joby is looking for an experienced Stock Plan Administrator to manage the day-to-day stock plan administrative activities, working side by side with the Senior Global Equity Manager and stakeholders. Resourceful, tech-savvy and fully comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment, the Stock Plan Administrator is a critical part of the cross functional Equity team as we support Joby's goal of launching air service in 2025. This role will be based in our Costa Rica location.**Responsibilities**:- Maintain Equity Edge database and ensure accuracy at all times- Create, update, and reconcile account demographic and tax profile data- Prepare and process grants, exercises, releases, ESPP purchases, and dispositions on a timely basis for all team members globally- Prepare and file Form 144 filings for company directed Sell to Cover transactions- Provide data to support external reporting and legal teams on Forms 3, 4, and 5, Proxy, 10K and 10Q SEC filings- Provide data to support corporate tax reporting- Monitor automated system integrations- Reconcile and maintain transfer agent share reserves accurately- Enter and reconcile stock based compensation valuation and expense inputs- Maintain trading control settings and process pre-clearance trade requests- Provide proactive and reactive support to all team members on equity compensation related items and inquiries- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as requested- Support legal team and 10b5-1 plan partner with reporting and reviewsRequired:- Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of experience in stock plan administration/equity compensation operations or similar work- Familiarity with processing transactions related to Incentive Stock Options, Non-Qualified Stock Options, Employee Stock PurchasevPlans, Restricted Stock Units, and Performance Stock Units, Deferred RSUs, and Restricted Shares- Working knowledge of accounting, tax, and securities requirements that drive equity process requirements- Ability to resolve escalated issues and problems quickly, efficiently, and independently- Excellent work ethic and ability to multitask, prioritize and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously- Intermediate to Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite productsSuperior organizational skills and attention to detail- Strong written and verbal English communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsDesired:- Certified Equity Professional designation- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations on equity compensation to all team members- Experience with Equity Edge Online, Pave, Workiva, Power Automation, Power BI, and ADP Workforce Now- Experience with multinational equity compensation offering- Experience in a high growth company or start-up environment- US Visa**Your Reward for Greatness**- Stay fresh with our Flexible Schedule- Get a mid-year bonus!- Stay at home with our Telecommuting Options- Lunch is on us when you are at the office.- Step up your English with paid classes!- Get Training/Tuition subsidies for online learning.- Stay connected with our Internet Subsidy- The Gym Subsidy should keep you fit and relaxed!- Go places with our Travel Opportunities across the US!!- Stay healthy with our Medical Health Plan- Spend more time with your loved ones with our Additional Personal Time Off (increased by seniority)
