They will support the Strategy and Planning team in organizing, analyzing and reviewing supply/demand, space programs/ occupancy/planning metrics, sensitivity studies, real estate data and communicating findings/ recommendations to customers. They will also drive design and delivery of technology solutions to enable/ streamline these analytical processes.The Senior Data Analyst will help our team successfully complete analytics and deliveries for their primary client in the following areas: Data Management Analysis and ReportingTechnology Solutions Design and ImplementationPortfolio and Occupancy StrategySpace Allocations and Migration StrategyRE Market / Transaction StrategyWhat this job involves: Large Quantity Data AnalysesGather and manage inputs to a large data set, used as the "source of truth" for multiple levels of portfolio, space and occupancy analyses across the Global regions; support integration with technology toolsPrepare, trouble-shoot, reconcile and organize raw data for use in portfolio, space and occupancy dashboards for regular data outputs plus any ad hoc reportingSet up parameters/ methodology and provide analytics from raw datasets in accordance with varying program goalsIntegrate complex quantitative/ qualitative portfolio data, project timelines, market information and other data as part of the analysis process Technology and ProcessesDesign and deliver technology tools that optimize analyses deliveryDevelop frameworks to evaluate, define and execute relevant qualitative and quantitative analysesDevelop and streamlines processes for analyses delivery Client ServiceCreate high quality written & verbal client communications on a daily basisManage, navigate and communicate with multiple stakeholders to drive alignmentPrepare and deliver client presentations with influence and impact for the client Sound like you?
