Join Western Union as a Credit and Collections Supervisor.**Western Union powers your pursuit.****Role Responsibilities**- Credit Collections Supervisor who will be responsible for operational results, people management, and business relationships for their team.- Plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow.- Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements.- Recognizes and recommends operational improvements.- Must monitor performance of staff members according to established monitoring standards. Involved in hiring decisions and conducting performance appraisals.- Protect losses by collecting on timely basis, keeping agents active.- Monitor performance of staff members according to established monitoring standards.
