Stronger together, we promote an environment where individuals can thrive.This position has a broad scope of responsibilities related to administrative support of the Supply/Operations Department related to Procurement of fuel and fuel-related services within Latin America and the Caribbean, Data Analysis, assist sales staff in preparing bids that pertain to supply in the Latin American region, BPA management, Coordination of special projects, Serve as a primary point of contact for internal inquiries: costing, accounting, billing.**Responsibilities**:- Procurement of fuel and fuel-related services within Latin America. This process is very dynamic, and we must keep an eye on supply alternatives at various locations, even at those where we are contracted with a particular supplier.- Data Analysis. Analysis of metrics and report creation for the Supply and Sales teams as well as analytic tools for the financial operations departments.- Assist sales staff in preparing bids that pertain to supply in the Latin American region. To be competitive, it is always advisable to guide our sales staff in this process.- BPA management. Liaise with the SRM department for BPA maintenance and administration of regions contracts.- Coordination of special projects. Manage the Avcard-CR program; this includes supervising the amounts on each account, calculations, and payments.- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal inquiries: costing, accounting, billing, expediting.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Administration or related with the role.- 2+ years of experience in supply analyst.- Advanced English- Advanced Excel
