See our videos below to learn more about our diverse workforce and why Medtronic is an employer of choice.**A Day in the Life**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.- Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.- Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.- Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.- Communicate with internal stakeholders about deployment projections, constraints, allocation decisions, etc.- Identify and implement the process(s) and/or system changes to improve on-time delivery performance.- Provide comprehensive insights on distribution requirements, backorder projections or other process.**Must Have: Minimum Requirements- Bachelors degree required- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 1+ years of experience- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills with good articulation of Supply Chain concepts.- Strong data analytics expertise, Excel and Proficient in Microsoft Office**Nice to Have**- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)- SAP experience highly desired- APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) preferable- Project Management Professional Certification preferable- Six Sigma, Lean and DMAIC a plus, Power BI- Experience in the medical device industry is desired**About Medtronic**Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
