As a recruiting team, we closely partner with our hiring managers, team members, and your HR Business Partners to efficiently deliver. Come join our team!**What you'll be doing**:- Lead strategic sourcing strategy to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery- Maintain and evolve your knowledge of external trends in recruiting to drive excellence in your approach, and proactively drive towards innovation and continuous improvement- Develop an employer branding activation plan for your aligned team, and encourage innovative and engaging techniques that bring our employer brand to life.- Find opportunities to automate selection processes and use AI to drive speed and efficiency- Understand and accurately represent Baxter's total compensation philosophy when handling offer negotiations**What you'll bring**:- Bachelor's degree required- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience- Outstanding oral and written communication skills- Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)- Previous experience in 360 recruiting within a global organization, preferably within healthcare, medical technology or pharmaceutical sector- History of leading concurrent hiring, resources, priorities and business partners.- Build strong and consultative relationships and provide advice and coaching on standard methodologies- Shown success using and optimizing recruiting technologies (ATS and CRMs), direct sourcing tools and techniques- Accountable for effective use of recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage with internal and external talent- Proactively use market intelligence and recruiting insights- Knowledge of HR management components including performance management, development, compensation, culture and engagement, organizational design, and inclusion & diversity.**Reasonable Accommodations****Recruitment Fraud Notice**Baxter has discovered incidents of employment scams, where fraudulent parties pose as Baxter employees, recruiters, or other agents, and engage with online job seekers in an attempt to steal personal and/or financial information.
