We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us identify, source, and screen individuals for various roles in our company.Job Description:**Responsibilities**:- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs as needed- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions- Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems. (Workday)- Documenting processes and best practices- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.**Qualifications**:- Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 3 years- Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar relevant field- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (Workday)- Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs- Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting- Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in English- Impactful presentation style- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver- A positive, "can do" attitudeSkills:Talent PipelineContract Type:PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
