As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. You will bring experience and knowledge in:- Your specific process area- Working in a shared service organization- Being a good team player and influencing others- Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience**More about this role**What you need to know about this position**:**Tasks**:- Responsible for the sourcing and recruitment efforts for hiring needs in North America.- Manage recruiting processes from sourcing to offer.- Build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies, gather and understand the position requirements to effectively identify talent that is aligned with the scope and responsibilities- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.- Assessing customer requirements and that these are met.- Setting Customer Service Standards**Education / Certifications**:- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field is preferred.**Job specific requirements**:- Advanced English is a must.- Experience in a Recruiting function is preferred.- Experience recruiting for the United States and Canada is preferred.- Experience performing quality assurance tasks is preferred.- Experience with Workday, Service Now and Text Recruit is preferred.**No Relocation support available**:**Business Unit Summary**:**Headquartered in Singapore, Mondelez International's Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region is comprised of six business units, has more than 21,000 employees and operates in more than 27 countries including Australia, China, Indonesia, Ghana, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.
