As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to generate ideas and share information such as labor market availability & sourcing technologies that facilitates an effective search process according to assigned timeliness.- Actively manage social media messaging on designated sites to build talent brand and marketplace awareness of Mondelez as an employer of choice.**Education / Certifications**:'- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources other related field is highly preferred.**Requirements- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Shared Services (Recruiting/Sourcing experience highly preferred)- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint is required.- Great communication and Customer Service skills.- Research skills.
