**Main purpose of the role**The Taxes Project Specialist will be leading projects focused on standardizing, optimizing and automating business operations, working in partnership with the BPM teams, suitable Process Owner(s), Subject matter experts, and ITS team.**Role Accountabilities**:- Leading/supporting medium to high complexity taxes transformational initiative(s)/implementations- Identifying change management risks/opportunities throughout the project life cycle- Monitoring and supporting the Subject Matter Experts on implementation stages.- Leveraging continuous improvement principles and tools to maximize productivity and innovation- Supporting the development of the tax related business case and benefit tracking if any.- Identifying and driving/supporting tax related process improvement opportunities- Support the shaping, steering and implementing of a consistent approach and message concerning the continuous improvement & transformation in the Tax Compliance department.**Requirements**:- Professional and degree qualification- 3-5 years of experience in project management- Fluent in English- SAP Knowledge- Background in taxes and PM certification (ideal)- Strong organizational, team leadership, change management and execution skills, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations- Ability to influence others and move others toward a common vision or goal- Challenge the status quo and provide fact-based insights- Must be hands-on and detail-oriented, but also able to see the big picture- Demonstrated success in use of Lean Six Sigma thinking, systems, and toolsFor Kimberly-Clark to grow and prosper, we must be an inclusive organization that applies the diverse experiences and passions of its team members to brands that make life better for people all around the world.
