**Job Description**:The Material Create Specialist requires an individual that is excited about meeting the ever-changing needs of our customers. This includes working with a wide range of divisions, processes, and stakeholders to help improve efficiency and data quality. This individual needs to be a process expert and be well-versed in each stage of the systems life cycle. The individual will develop partnership and technical knowledge as well as transition and system migration expertise.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Executes and coordinates regional E2E material create process, working with Marketing to initiate and other functional teams to expedite requests to completion- Proficient knowledge in E2E material create processes, material master data governance and master data set-up- Develops division specific knowledge to understand product portfolios and drive data consistency within portfolios- Identification and execution of end-to-end opportunities to improve processes, metrics (ie reverse SLA) data quality & reduce cycle time- Ensures adherence to global and divisional data governance standards prior to approving data load to the ERP and for all data change requests (CCLRs)- Monitors overall material create and extend process to meet customer expectations- Completes projects and goals assigned within established timelines- Escalates tasks not meeting expectations for completion- Establishes regular meetings with business group key stakeholders to ensure service is being delivered to their expectations- Provides training to functional teams on use of global workflow tools- Troubleshoots delays in workflow processes and promptly initiates or completes resolution- Supports organizational changes and assists with transition of activities in the team- Responsible for creating/maintaining process documentation- Consults with Global Data Leads when questions arise about material set-ups, data quality, governance, impact of data decisions- Ability to backup other team members3M es un empleador que ofrece las mismas oportunidades. 3M no discriminará a ningún solicitante de empleo por razones de raza, color, edad, religión, sexo, orientación sexual, identidad o expresión de género, origen nacional, discapacidad o estado de veterano.Our approach to flexibility is called Work Your Way, which puts employees first and drives well-being in ways that enable 3M's business and performance goals.
