Fluent English is must. IT background is a plus.

Job timing 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday

Conduct thorough research and created marketing strategies to identify potential candidates
Technical screening of candidates, format resumes, coordinate interviews with Account Managers, negotiate rates terms of contract.
Schedule coordinating Interviews for the Candidates short listed by the clients.
Develop vendor relationships to get candidates for active requirements
Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, prescreening, conducting personal interviews, coordinating technical managerial interviews, checking references, negotiating pay, and getting paperwork details
Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals Monster, Dice, Hot Jobs, Career Builder, cold calls, and direct mailing resume databases.
Implementing different strategies to convince the consultant.
Building resume database for upcoming highly potential requirements
