Gorilla Logic is building our team of highly intelligent and capable engineers. We are looking for a Technical Lead, working on our client’s production web application. Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, this is a unique and highly technical role, requiring strong Ruby on Rails and web development experience in delivering a leading-edge platform solution.Our environment will require you to work effectively with your teammates, of course. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm and determination.

Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of development experience
- 3+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience
- 6+ months of web development experience
- Technical lead experience
- Experience with Active Record
- Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with Agile team members
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Node.js and/or React
