In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving program management methodologies, processes, and best practices across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and excellence in program delivery.**What you get to do in this role**:- You'll develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve design objectives.- Lead, build trust and collaborate on increasingly complex projects with some supervised work on new ambiguous design programs.- Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.- Shape, drive and document processes and tools for effective team workflows and collaboration**Qualifications** Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from initiation to closure.- Experience leading program management methodologies and process improvement initiatives.- Strong knowledge of program management frameworks- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.**Basic Qualifications**- 2+ years of professional project management experience.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
