This role is responsible for control and monitoring of Global Data Center decommissions, and managing all aspects of various projects of a moderately complex nature and/or small-size initiatives. Monitor weekly reports of timelines and plans, raise necessary risks and issues in a timely manner. Send communication, and provide a weekly / bi weekly status _- Technical governance, timelines, escalations, and technical solutions to decommission Data Centers across US and International regions according to Transformation Strategy. _**What you'll do**:- Develop a strong knowledge of all the data sources relating to Data Centers- Analyze the data sources to develop a deep understanding of the metrics- Create data analysis reports and cross check validation relationships among different mid to low structured data sources to fully understand the project development- Create a process to plan, prepare and refresh weekly transformation data- Work closely with alliance partners and stakeholders globally- Manage all aspects of various projects of a moderately complex nature and/or small-size initiatives- Assemble the project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop a schedule to ensure the timely completion of the project.- Identify critical path issues and report to project sponsors/project team. Ensure project activities and timelines are met- Leverage project management methodology and expertise for project planning, validation, and planning for DC decommission activities- Facilitate the end to end infrastructure decommission for US DCs- Partner with global teams to get clear visibility, control, monitor and tracking of infrastructure decommission for international DCs- Ensure Global decommission standards are being adhered to by all teams- Monitor and communicate project measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and management**What experience you need**:- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent to work experience- 4+ years experience in **Project management roles in an Product/Agile environment**- 4+ years of experience in **technology/ Infrastructure (preferred) /Cloud environments (especially with GCP or AWS)**- 1+ years of experience in **Data Analysis and data validation to control, track and monitor the projects**- 1 - 3 years demonstrated success in creation, execution and delivery of project management across multiple cross-functional, cross-business, and cross-cultural organizations- English proficiency B2 or above**What could set you apart**:- Active Cloud Certification strongly preferred- Self-motivated with focus on results and deadlines- Strong leadership, and self management skills- Ability to multitask and able to manage several projects at the same time.- Ability to work independently and effectively with diverse, cross cultural teams across multiple geographies and time zones- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent in planning and organizing deliverables- Detail-oriented to manage. align data and overall project deliverables- Structured and methodical approach to problem solving- Good judgment and decision maker- High level understanding of technology and infrastructure- Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment while also being persuasive, encouraging and motivatingLI-DU1LI-Hybrid
