About the role

:Under close supervisory direction, assist Manufacturing engineers/teams in the development of products, processes and equipment.

Your responsibilities include

:Demonstrates a commitment to patient safety and product quality.
:Provides floor support for product builds (e.g., troubleshoots equipment and manufacturing engineering problems)
:Collects and organizes process capability and product performance data.
:Facilitates process change product builds and/or coordinates pilot product builds.
:Assists manufacturing engineer/team in equipment development (e.g., fixtures, process mechanization, and automation activities)
:Assists in writing equipments qualification protocols and performing equipment qualifications (Process Changes).
:Understands and maintains basic process documentations.
:Interfaces with other departments to obtain/deliver materials and information.
:Interfaces with other departments to obtain/deliver materials and information.
:Generates new ideas for improving processes.

:Experience: 2+
:English level: 70:70
:Technical education: Technical degree in production
:Bachelor/licenciature: Industrial engineering or advanced studies in related career
:Certifications: CQE y/o APICs Certification desirables
:Problem solving methodologies
:Lean tools, 5s
