Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Trade marketing Manager for Pfizer Biopharma for CA.

Position Purpose

The Trade marketing manager will be reporting directly to a Commercial Lead. The candidate will create with the Commercial Managers, District Managers and Customer Brand Leads the Trade Marketing Strategic Plan and leading execution on the main CA markets, of all the trade Pfizer Biopharma portfolio products. Also, be responsible of trade marketing strategy for the high retail personality brands.

The Trade marketing manager will be managing in autonomy all strategic and operative activities on the study, launch and management of trade marketing project, collaborating with local marketing, Commercial and District Managers and POPs, to ensure the business objective achievement.

Main Responsibilities:

- Planning and executing Trade Marketing Strategy (Point of sales materials and in store activity, ie promo, visibility, merchandising) to support products and meet business objectives.
- Owning and leading trade marketing activities (brief to the agency, follow the production, managing), collaborating with marketing and sales.
- Collaborate on the business intelligence information to support the strategy.
- Analyzing and measuring activities performance (sell-in/sell-out)
- Interacting with sales force to present POP programs, developing materials that better support products on the point of sales
- Setting POP materials and the correct stock management
- Collaborating with Regulatory department for all the regulatory aspects of the material produced
- Close follow up to Commercial Colleagues to ensure strategies implementation on field
- Responsible for the trade marketing strategy for the high retail personality brands.

Qualifications

- Degree in Pharmacist, marketing or communication or a related discipline preferably
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional business experience in Pharma Sales
- Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Strong team working and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage and lead multiple projects in autonomy, excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Determination, positive and constructive attitude and enthusiasm are key elements to succeed in this role
- A strong commitment to high quality job, Pfizer ethical procedures, integrity and confidentiality is mandatory
