**Job Description**:We are Hiring an Order Document and Intake Analyst (New Health Care Company)- 3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".- Primary responsibilities:- Documentation is processed accurately and in a timely manner. Documents are handled in compliance with policies.- Process documentation required for order entry of products, within the agreed SLA from the receipt of initial orders.- Recognize documents and process efficiently and correctly.- Track monitor and follow-up on documents that are attached to orders, customer records and update the necessary pieces of information in the relevant systems.- Review authorizations and requirements- Completion of required quota of items each day.- Maintaining an organized, efficient workflow.- Analyze current operating methods and determine appropriate action to resolve documents with discrepancies.- Work closely with Lead, Supervisor, Manager and all levels of management, in identifying and resolving process improvements.- Communicate issues and/or opportunities to Lead, Supervisor and Manager.Main requirements- High school diploma or equivalent or university degree in process- Fluent English and French is required.- 1+ years of customer service and data entry experience.- Preferably experience with data management and ERP systems (E.g.
