Important multinational company is looking for Technical Support Agents to provide world class customer support and high quality resolutions.

Requirements:
- English and Portuguese, High Proficiency level (Must 85% or more).
- Schedule Flexibility.
- High School Diploma.
- Advanced Knowledge of PC architectures and experience on PC maintenance (Must).
- PC building completed or Technical support knowledge.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
- Networking configurations and troubleshooting – (server hardware configuration, DHCP, router configurations, DNS, SMTP, etc.).

Desired:
- University degree in computer engineer or related.
- CompTIA A+ (901 / 902) certification.
- Knowledge of RAID technology.
- VMWARE Certification, or virtualization knowlege.

Responsibilities:
- To listen and respond to customer inquiries on the telephone, through on-line networks, Email, chat, etc.
- To follow up on the customer's issue until it is solved.
- To maintain adequate technical proficiency in products and platforms assigned.
- To communicate with the manager and team members regarding problems, solutions and trends.
- To keep and update pertinent paperwork and records through data entry.
- To meet established performance targets, which include customer service, productivity and quality standards.

This position is to work at site.


Nivel Jerárquico: Empleado

Salario Nominal: Hasta ₡ 615000

Horario: L-V (flexibilidad trabajar algún fin de semana)
