As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you are responsible for working with a global team of Policy, Program, Engineering, Legal and other teams to prevent violating content from appearing on PV and ensuring customers can make informed viewing decisions by accurately assessing maturity ratings. With cutting edge tools and technology, you evaluate abuse trends and quality, and develop workflows and processes that maintain our quality / community guidelines. You review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities. This role may require on-call and weekend support on a rotational basis.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities* Manage day-to-day Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations through content review and data labeling activities.* Influence & execute the compliance strategy and drive the operations roadmap with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.* Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall PV user experience.* Research and stay up to date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas.* Participate in content calibrations.* Review of controversial, sometimes offensive video content in line with PV's community guidelines.* Participate in on-call emergency escalation rotation as well as after-hours and weekend duty when necessary.* Be a compliance subject matter expert for the company, and maintain expertise by regularly performing operational core work, handling escalations and quality audits.**Please note that in this role you will be exposed to sensitive, graphic content.**We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:San Jose, CRIBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with ExcelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- High school or equivalent diploma
