**Qualifications**- You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Internet and Professional Services.- Prior experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, preferably in IT and Healthcare industry- Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and employment laws- Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management skills- Attention to detail and ability to multitask- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardPay: ¢600,000.00 - ¢900,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Have you made direct-hire placements in the USA?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
