Usac Buying Analyst

**Job Description**:DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIESResponsible for procurement activities that may include but are not limited to:- Knowledge of end to end of PO life cycle and focus on continuous improvement.- Responsible to review and approve purchases orders/requisitions.- Provide high standard order management support to business stakeholders.- Provide root cause analysis on open orders, shipments, backlog and accruals.- Troubleshoot invoices with exceptions to ensure proper resolution.- On time and on quality delivery of Procurement/Buying Operations.- Meet KPIs, SLAs and internal metrics.- Interact with both internal and external stakeholders.- Resolve vendor/requester queries.- Understand and follow Company's Principles and Procedures.Qualifications/Requirements:- Bachelor High school/Technical/Vocational degree level or 1-2 years of University/College Education.- Or 1-3 years of experience working in similar roles (STP, P2P or similar).- Procurement, buying, order management, accounts payable experience.- Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills.- Customer service experience/good communication skills.- Innovative and Team Player.- Advanced English level: B2/C1Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
