Usac Buying Sr Analyst

**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:- Responsible to review purchases orders.- Provide high standard order management to support to business stakeholders.- Providing reporting to internal customers and on open orders, shipments, backlog and accruals.- Troubleshoot invoices with purchases issues to ensure proper registration and resolution.- On time and on quality delivery of Sourcing/Procurement Operations.- Meet KPIs, SLAs and internal metrics.- Interact with both internal and external customers.- Understand Company's Principles and Procedures.**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related Engineering or 3 years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/ Procurement- 1-3 years of experience working in similar roles (STP, P2P or similar).- **Procurement **or **Buying **experience is required- SAP ERP MM/FI Experience.- Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills.- Customer service experience.- Innovative and Team Player.- Open to flexible schedules- Advanced English level: C1**Preferred Qualifications**:- Lean / Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt/Black Belt)- Additional language skills- Project Management certification- Negotiation skills**Supporting Your Well-being**3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
