Follow up / maintain the machines, measuring devices from maintenance point of view and ensure the right technical condition. Planning the related processes and resources. Implement and improve Lean processes to achieve the highest utilization of the resources. The Value Stream Manager is responsible for keeping the fulfilment of all related instructions, standards in the area. Responsible for tracking the related materials and for finding the root cause of scrap and losses.
