Accounts Payable Analyst, Ap Retail

4+ years of finance experience- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills- Experience using data to influence business decisions- Master's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalentAmazon Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) plays a key role in the company's mission to be Earth's most customer centric company. FGBS includes finance functions like Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Tax, as well as other functions like Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF), Investor Relations, and Benchmark.**Key Responsibilities include**:- Reconcile, audit, and monitor vendor accounts with high complexity- Invoice analysis and posting- Metrics, KPI reporting- Partnering with vendors to resolve account statement discrepancies.- Work closely with finance operations teams in different locations for timely transaction processing.- Deliver guide to vendors to clarify accounts payable processes.- Engage with retail, inbound operations or accounting for vendor inquires resolution.- Support organizational/operational projects- Interaction with internal stakeholders, vendor managers, financial communication partners, business partners.- Support with ad-hoc transactions (reports, queries, etc).Heredia, H, CRI- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
