Billing Analyst Senior

Research, check, and make corrections in the files.**What you'll do**- Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles- Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner- Complete customer setups and contract reviews- Resolve most complex disputes and escalations concerning customer profiles, billing, and invoicing- Promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Customer Service, Sales and any other departments- Accomplish other related work as assigned by management.**What experience do you need**- 2 years of university studies; preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or in a related field- Advanced English Level (B2-C1)- 2-4 years working in an Accounting environment**What could set you apart**- Excel - Google Sheets in a fast-paced environment- Oracle knowledge- Salesforce or CRM experience- Organizational and time-management skills- Able to communicate effectively, work independently and meet tight deadlinesWe offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, on-site doctor, paramedics service 24/7, life insurance, gym facilities, collaborative workspaces, free transportation and parking, subsidized cafeteria, solidarity association, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.Equifax is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
