The Finance Project Management Analyst,?Should Leads process improvement initiatives and/or small-medium projects through the disciplined use of well-known methodologies, measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. Brings expertise to Identify what gaps need to be removed and then map out a plan of action. In this role, you'll need … Typically: Bachelor's degree or may have a master's degree from a four-year college or university, in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration. 4-6 years of directly related experience. Fluent English Advance PMP and/or Six Sigma, Scrum Must be proficient with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.). Ability to work cross-functionally. Must have exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Must have exceptional level of commitment and a positive can-do attitude.
