Then we may have the job for you!**Position Overview**:**Primary Responsibilities**- Plans and leads all aspects of basic and intermediate projects.- Proactively detects technical deficiencies and develops practical, workable solutions to problems.- Establishes themselves as a technical guide with broad industry knowledge.- Takes full responsibility for overall execution and delivery of critical tasks or projects- Helps team members, customers and partners understand the connection between industry events/ trends and what is going on at Citrix.- Conveys the Citrix vision in very real and relevant terms that others can identify with, helping others see how things will improve as the "future state" draws near.- Stays focused on department and Citrix strategic priorities and allocates their time and resources accordingly- Works with others to consistently break down barriers between departments and actively mentoring more junior team members.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor of Science from an accredited university, 1-3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant or equivalent experience.- English professional proficiency with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with members across all levels of an organization, particularly executive partners.- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.- Prior experience with people management and mentoring in a direct and/or matrix reporting capacity.- Proficient in the aspects of project launch and closure.- Ability to act as technical expert.- Proactively seek ways to expand technical knowledge.**Preferred Qualifications**Highly proficient in at least one major Citrix product.CCEA and MCSE/MCITP or CCNA certifications preferred.Willing to travel 50% of the time.**Functional Area**: Consulting*****What you're looking for**:Everyone is welcome at Citrix.
